The Expectation Paper should be a 1-2 page report that details what you hope to gain or learn from the class. In this paper, you should also mention your understanding of Human Resource Management and/or the areas in which you are most interested i.e. collective bargaining, training and development etc. Please keep in mind that I will be grading the papers on effective expression of thoughts, grammar and sentence structure. Remember, proofreading and allowing others to proofread your work never hurts!
