With an entry mode (export, licensing, etc.) of your choice, you will compose a credible marketing plan for the development of product or service, pricing, promotion, and distribution in your home. The selected product or service should only be targeted at consumers and not businesses.

· A Situation Analyses which includes macro and micro environment analysis, competitors analysis and customer analysis
· Marketing Objectives – what do you hope to achieve in the new market?
· Marketing strategy – this should not be a description of the current strategy but a proposal of how the product or service will be marketed in the new market and why you think this new strategy is a good idea.
· An implementation plan – showing how the product or service will be introduced onto the new market and the time scale for this process. You will also conduct an evaluation of the implementation process to show how you will monitor the process for success or failure.
By critically reading the core text, researching the marketing variables, and writing on a regular basis, students should become acutely aware of the challenges presented by real international marketing problems; and, hopefully, learn to apply frameworks for deriving solutions.
